About

Hello, there!

I’m an I-O psychology doctoral student at North Carolina State University studying under Dr. Bart Craig. My research interests involve minorities in leadership and occupational health.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in I-O psychology at East Carolina University in 2020. For my Master’s thesis, I studied how health-promoting leadership affects employees’ willingness to take time off work.

When I’m not reading, writing, or studying, I like to detach from work by taking walks and dabbling in modern calligraphy.

You can access my CV here and/or connect with me on Linkedin.
